Angels Share Speakeasy™️ Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in England

Is there such a thing as a typical speakeasy ? I guess not - by their very nature they are supposed to be quirky, maybe a little weird. And this place is exactly that. Hidden away in the attic space above a brewery, is this tiny little speakeasy. Eclectic furnishings and decor, of course. But what makes this special, is the guy behind the bar, Salv. Salv knows his cocktails and has the most immense passion for what he does. He shared some of his homemade lemoncello, proudly made in Sicily from local lemons. We had a weekend in Helmsley a few weeks ago and called into Angels Share. We enjoyed it so much we organised to return for another stay, just to go back to this fantastic cocktail bar. The cocktails were the best we have had in a long time. The bar owner was so enthusiastic about all the drinks he made, they were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Can't recommend this...
