Absolutely revolting. The tuna was disgusting, and the so-called ‘spicy chicken’ was nothing more than bland, boiled chicken—completely inedible. When I approached the manager to request a refund because the food was so bad we couldn’t eat it, she handled the situation in the most unprofessional way possible. Instead of taking responsibility, she bizarrely asked a staff member to taste the tuna. Why didn’t she taste it herself? Probably because she knew it was filthy. To make matters worse, she outright refused to give us a refund. The entire experience was disgraceful, unhygienic, and insulting. This place is an absolute joke, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid it...

Clearly they are completely under prepared for the volume of customers, just a small toaster and one microwave to serve everyone makes everything painfully slow. Also not helping was Agata ,Josh and Kharys who seemed to be going for the world record of working as slowly as possible...it made me want to weep. Stopped in for a light lunch as we were shopping in the outlets. The staff were very helpful and advised us of all options available. She also talked me through the app and mentioned we can get a discount, so we went to sign up for that and came back to get the 10% off. We opted for a chicken club and a salt beef bagel, both of which were lovely.
