Bland and overpriced is how I’d describe it I orderd the protein box with sweet potatoe mash because the option for sweet potato fries for some stupid reason is not there but is in store ?So I specifically wrote on the description can we have it changed to fries and if there is any addiditional cost i would pay the rest as we was paying cash anyway so we would just add it to the cost ,when it arrived the driver took off before I opened it and when I got upstairs to open it was greeted with this thick bland mash with 4 pieces of chicken squished in and green peas mushed into the baby food looking mash and when I rang up to ask for some fries to be delivered or at least take the food back n give me a refund as this isn’t what I orderd to be told sorry we don’t get the message on the description (which was a lie because I previously orderd in the past the same thing without compliacation )was told sorry n hung up on us I payed 12.50 for an hour n half delivery time to get 10 pieces of chicken from the two protein boxes and sloppy thick mash swollowing my chicken into the damp soaked box ,won’t be ordering again would advise from ordering when you see what u get for the price and...

I ordered food for delivery, was told it would be here and 7.30pm, got a text at 7.30pm saying it was on it's way (it's about 10 mins away). At 7.55pm it arrived (so it has been sat in the car for 25mins on a double delivery) The burrito was cold and the wrap had gone hard, the smoothie was melting, didnt even bother to look at the salad.

My husband called to complain and they didnt offer any way of rectifying the problem so we just requested a refund. They came to take the food back and said they would process a refund. They then marked my order as cancelled so I couldn't leave a review on just eat.

Ordered to the office (so there was a variety of meals). In short version, the food was not to our liking. The Jerk chicken was both burnt and too spicy. Wedges weren't cooked (they also had no flavour). I also received an egg on my vegetarian breakfast which I specifically rang up to remove (even though was not in the description in the first place). Noodles had no flavour nor salt As a whole, other than forgetting the drink, the delivery service was brilliant (staff were lovely). And so, for that I will be giving it 2 stars out of 5. However, we will not be repurchasing due to the poor flavouring...
