Today however, was the last time I will be visiting Barkers. I ordered a large haddock in batter plus a portion of peas total cost £6.20. We ordered two small fish and chips, which arrived lukewarm, clearly having been cooked sometime before our arrival -(yes we should have complained - but we were hungry and ate them) What was really off putting was the man that served us, dirty clothing, but with open weeping cuts on his hands. If this is a skin condition I suggest he wears cotton gloves to cover whilst serving meals. In addition to this the place was quite grubby.
