Fantastic little restaurant. Didn't realise that they were a restaurant as it appears to be a coffee shop during the day. Happened to notice that they had an evening menu whilst wandering around town trying to decide where to eat so decided to give it a try. Probably the best decision of our holiday. Lovely little restaurant, small but varied menu with a couple of additional specials. The food was cooked to perfection. I had braised short rib of beef (one of the specials) which was amazing. The meat was so perfectly cooked I barely need to use a knife and the gravy/sauce was perfect, rich and full of flavour but somehow also light. My wife went for the risotto which was also exceeding well cooked with a fantastic combination of flavours none of which overpowered any of the others. I would highly recommend booking a table when you can as the restaurant is small and within 20 minutes of getting a table it was full. You will not be...

Walked past here looking for somewhere to eat Sunday evening liked the look of the menu and thankfully decided to eat here. The food was good and plentiful not overly priced but hearty. Front of house was excellent she was on the ball and very good never got her name which was remis but found she was a spanish lady with an Aussie accent. She apologised for our wait for food which to be fair wasnt an issue we were chilling. Later found out that the heat of the kitchen had got to much for one of the chefs who left mid service leaving one chef to complete service. Hats off to him he did and I heard or saw no complaints. We will...

Lovely little restaurant that you are probably better booking ahead in peak times. They have a limited menu, which to me is good as it usually means good quality and cooked well. Starters were halloumi with dips, and pork belly were nice. The fillet steak for main was seasoned well and of nice quality, maybe slightly more medium than medium rare. The stroganoff tasted lovely, but I thought the steak in that was slightly under seasoned, the rice was like it came from a microwave packet! The sticky toffee pudding was amazing. Quite a limited wine list, but the Rioja was good. Worth a...

Had a great little impromptu night here on my own on a quiet night after the last guests had left. Super cosy and warm, pretty lighting, and the food was divine. I had the beef stroganoff, and it was a really good portion size in a bowl with plenty deliscious sauce and, notably, was very impressed with the large cubes of cut up, pink in the middle steak. Fantastic meat! Not just thin dry strips you might usually find. The Malbec served in a decadant glass was lovely and only wish I could have more. waiter happily chatted with me as I was the only customer. Thank you for a 5-star experience!
