I had a terrible experience when I ordered food over the phone. Despite being told it would be ready in 10 minutes, upon arrival, they had just begun preparing it after I announced my presence.
The cashier took my money, then proceeded to handle my food with bare hands, which was quite repulsive. Moreover, the portion of chicken in the box was minimal, with the majority of it filled with chips, making it an appalling value for the £22 spent.
The food itself was stale and ended up causing an upset stomach.
