If you're looking for a bakery that offers a large selection of baked goods, look no further than Boyce's Bakery. Their display cases are filled with an amazing array of cakes, sandwiches, pies, and pastries that are sure to satisfy any craving. But it's not just the baked goods that make Boyce's Bakery a great spot. The tea and coffee are top-notch, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether you're in the mood for a latte or a cup of Earl Grey tea, you'll find something you love here. What really sets Boyce's Bakery apart, however, is their friendly staff. From the moment you walk in the door, you'll be greeted with a warm smile and helpful attitude. The staff is always happy to answer any questions you have about the menu or make recommendations if you're not sure what to try. If you're looking for a spot to bring the kids, Boyce's Bakery has you covered there too. They have a child's play area that's perfect for keeping little ones entertained while you enjoy a coffee or pastry. And finally, the location is great - there's a car park very close to the bakery, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot to park. Overall, I highly recommend Boyce's Bakery. With their large selection of baked goods, great tea and coffee, friendly staff, and child's play area, it's the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat or just relax with a cup of coffee.

I never have a bad word to say about a Boyce's bakery but missus went to the Rainham precinct branch to get some cakes and me a cheeseburger puff; something I have never had before. I was looking forward to it until I pulled it out of the bag and saw it was burnt. I tried it however and the filling was exactly what it says on the tin but the bitter charcoal taste was too prominent to enjoy it.

Boyce’s in the Rainham Precinct is my local bakery and I couldn’t be more happy they moved in. Have been a fan of their shop in Brambledown on Sheppey for a number of years so having them locally is an boon. Amazing cakes and fresh bread along with a great cafe. Staff are always cheery and happy to help. Prices are very competitive to boot!

This particular bakery has been a firm favourite of not only myself, but actually my whole family (daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren), ever since it opened this branch in Rainham Shopping Centre. However, I have just had my sister staying over for a few days and visited twice in this period and I have to say the standards are slipping speedily! To start with, there are far too many staff - yes, far too many! who seem to stand around gassing, rather than attending to customers. Yesterday, two of them were clearing the tables with handbags over their shoulder, which made me wonder, whether they were actually staff, or friends of staff, chatting to their mates, whilst clearing tables! The two people who were filling the rolls, were actually scoffing on bread as they prepared the rolls - yuk! After waiting for them to finish gossiping, one of them had the audacity to saunter over to say, "someone will be with you shortly, cos I'm going on a break!" A few minutes later one of the females filling the rolls, finished gassing (and eating) and wandered over to serve us. 2 filled rolls, with salad, a latte, and a frappe! Oh, and we had a free drink. as we had filled a card with stamps, previously. She wandered off at one stage muttering something about, she might not be able to do the frappe, because of the ice, whatever that meant! Finally, she said, £12-70. I replied, "that can't be right, for 2 rolls and 2 drinks, one of which was free!" She replied, "Oh right, £9 then!" Finally, we received the items. One roll with salad and one roll without! I went back to the counter to tell the server, who by now was a dark haired older woman, who was doing a bazaar dance with a tray. I told her, they'd forgotten, to add the salad in one of the rolls - "You didn't ask for salad, she said!" No love, I did ask for salad, but unfortunately you lot were too busy talking and prancing around to take notice! "Right, that's another 30p," she said! Other than that, my sister told me her frappe, tasted like a stone cold cup of strong coffee! It's such a shame, because the lady, who normally serves, is off sick, I am told. That lady, is clean, kind, attentive and actually asks, if you'd like salad or not. Hurry back 'M,' all...

I wen to this place with high expectations as it is a new bakery and was looking foward to order a pastry and cake. It has been twice now that I've been standing there waiting for staff to welcome me and assist me as i was waiting at the counter with the sausage rolls and twice they just look at me when i nodded them and compleatly ignored me on the second time i spoke up and said why is no one interested in serving me, like do i have to actually demand service here to get served or even acknowledged at that point i walked out and didnt even want to hear there responce as was soo annoyed simply because the staff that were not busy were just chatting to each other or walking about as if there are other things more important then the customers and so there proberly wont be a third time unless they get there act together. I went to Greg's instead who have an orderly que and i was not only welcomed with polightness and manners i actually was served just the way you would want to be treated... One star for poor customer service because that is how...
