Pizza Hut Rainham — Restaurant in England

Well where to start. Firstly have been eating tops pizza and domino's of late and like to think I know a good pizza when I see one however against my better judgement I allowed my 7 year old to coerce me into purchasing a pizza hut pizza,BIG MISTAKE. Ordered 2 large pan and 1 medium pan pizzas for collection. Got said pizzas home,opened box and found each pizza had copious amounts of what appears to be garlic salt all over every pizza. Rang pizza hut to complain that I didn't want this on my pizzas and that I ordered 3 pan pizzas. I was then informed by a customer service challenged member of staff that I had ordered garlic salt over my pizzas and it was down to me to ask for it to be removed . Apparently this is a company standard which I now understand is why I dont eat their pizza anymore. The only company that sprinkles garlic salt over pizza explains why they are closing stores left ,right and centre even becoming the Wimpy if you will of the pizza world. Anyway Freya(whose parents received an apology letter from durex when this little monster popped out)insisted it was my fault for not opting out of the garlic salt and would not allow me to return said pizzas . Obviously not happy with this I asked about the companys complaint procedure to which Freya advised would not get me anywhere. As you can imagine this little customer service monster got me riled so I will complain officially about her attitude in particular. Anyway got the pizza cutter out and cut off the crusts,we then began trying to pick up a piece of pizza and found not one of the pizzas had been cut correctly(thank God we had a pizza cutter lol),again with the hundreds of thousands of good people unemployed at present how has this place ended up being run by the village idiots of Rainham. I implore with anyone reading this review try TOPS PIZZA OR DOMINO'S trust me you dont want dribble off those chops...

I ordered at 17:30 for it to come between 18:15-18:30 to ensure it was here on time. 19:05 and it was sent for delivery with one other stop along the way. I didn’t pay as much as I did for the driver to stop along the way. My delivery time then jumped back and it looks like he stopped for petrol on the way too. I wish I’d seen the reviews of this Pizza Hut before ordering - something needs to be done for this restaurant. It’s beyond a failure. I called three times to cancel the order as I was ready to go order from a competitor but they wouldn’t even answer the phone to me. The phone would ring then cut off.

Order arrived at 7:30. 1 hour 15 late. Stone cold. Restaurant still won’t answer.

Had there nacho cheese stuffed limited edition edge crust stuffed pizza 1st time,,, thought I'd try something different.. , , won't be going there again, cos every time I burped, it tasted or smelt of vomit, , one of the worst 1st time experiences ever... There pizza with a texan bbq topping, leaves a lot to b desired, aswell, won't be going back there in a hurry!!!!!!! Not as great as dominoes pizza texan bbq topping base, still the best in the world, its just a shame about the prices, there just soooooooooo expensive, because I love there texan bbq meat feast pizza, cos its the best, cos of money , I only have it a couple of times a year, shame but never mind.
