Boyce’s Bakery — Restaurant in England

I've been coming here for last two years and Danni and Lorraine have always been amazing. However, today I had a bad experience with a younger lady who overcharged me then put my cake in a dirty paper bag which clearly had been used for a previous customer. I was told that "this happens all the time" and obviously I wasn't very impressed.. it makes me think that there may be poor hygiene practices taking place and moreover, I didn't appreciate being patronised like that. There is no doubt that this is a great bakery, however recently I found them disappointing. I bought a beef bun as I’d not had one recently. I found the tomato was so thinly sliced it just wasn’t worth having it. There was three small slices about a millimetre thick. Really how much money are they saving with this. Best bakery in town 100%, all there cakes, donuts, biscuits, brownies, literally everything is so good. The staff are so friendly, kind and welcoming, also very attentive they never leave you waiting even when there's a little queue, you'll still be served in 2mins.
