Cafe Jaer — Restaurant in England

I went here with my kids just for a quick drink but it was lovely 😍 the guy who served me was just the right balance of conversational, he was polite and fun and engaged with us without making any of us feel uncomfortable. We just had drinks but they were made quite quickly and tasted really good. My two kids each had a homemade chocolate milkshake which had ice cream in them and they were really good. Lovley Portuguese cafe for a simple breakfast, they only have a few breakfast options but all cooked nicely without grease. Nice little coffee selection which they do very well and reasonably priced too.(large cappuccino less than £3)They have seating outside on the high street so good for people watching if that's your thing, their menu is English along with Portuguese dishes, they have a liquor license so you can also get a little drink if your not in the mood for tea or coffee. Was greeted by customers and staff on arrival, you go to counter when ready to order and to pay. Small but varied menu, I ordered a pannini, my friend ordered chicken piriri, we did not have to wait too long and they arrived together, it was nicely presented on the plate and hot.
