First time! I'm coffee addict! Went for a large latte to go! I was given medium cup ,when asked why ,as I was paying for a large coffee ,the answer was: But in a big cup you must put lots of milk and coffee is weak, it's much stronger that way and taste better! Huh??? Its the way I like it!? Its what I'm paying for? And why you telling me how to do and what coffee is best for me!? And even the medium cup wasn't full, had to top up with milk at home cos, its way too strong and not enough of it!! Well, we found an absolute gem here at Bright Bean! We was warmly welcomed by Greta who was very friendly, chatty and smiley! She promptly took our order. Our food arrived in good time by Tom and Greta who had a laugh and joke with us! It was well presented and tasted AMAZING. The prices weren't expensive but the quality was outstanding! We will be back, thank you for looking after our pooches Frankie and Daisy too! Cannot reccomend enough, if you're looking for a lovely place, with great service and amazing food. I ordered some sausage baps and some bacon baps. All cans to around £30 so I was expecting some good quality food.

The food was awful!

When you order a sausage bap you get one sausage cut in half. For £5 -£6 I expect something more.

The bacon baps were all burnt. Me and the family just through it in the bin after a couple bites.
