I would give this place zero stars if I could! While the food was fairly okay, the customer service was HORRIBLE! We got there to pick up our food and this woman who I presume to be the proprietor of the place came out literally fuming and yelling about how my husband didn't pick up his phone when she called to tell him that our order was ready. He replied that he didn't hear the phone ring as he was driving to the place - she wouldn't let him talk and kept SCOLDING him for food that was already paid for! Next she rudely tossed the bag of food to him and when he asked if he could have forks instead of spoons she started asking why? He said you don't expect us to eat noodles with spoons do you? She started mumbling something and retrieved the spoons and handed him 2 plastic forks. He said I ordered over 5 meals for 4 people why only 2 forks? At this point she was about to explode and proceeded to give him 2 extra forks. Most shocking of all was having to watch the poor girl at the reception area quaking in her boots and quietly chopping garlic smack there at the reception! If you ever see this, run from that bully! We've had two deliveries from this takeaway since it opened, third on its way as I type. So far, the dishes have been good quality and flavoursome, with clear use of fresh herbs and vegetables as appropriate. Prices are a bit high for Gillingham but not when compared with other Thai takeaways in Medway. Lovely to see a new business set up in the centre. Happy customer.

Edit: 04/11/23 I felt the need to update the previous review from a year ago after a recent order. Pad Thai arrived as noodles drowning in thick sweet brown sauce. Few bean sprouts, some egg, prawns clearly cooked separately and put in container first. Flat flavour, no crushed peanuts, no lime, no colour except "brown". Whatever you do not NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. Should you complain about the dish you order for delivery, they will challenge you over the phone and refuse to hear you out. I was shouted at and hung up on by the member of staff I engaged on the phone. Here is the photo of the shredded chilli beef which tasted like burnt cardboard. Despite the fact that I often buy from them and consistently order the same dish, I wasn't offered any customer loyalty and the staff member actually told me “ that's how it's supposed to taste - you are a trouble customer ‘ and hung up.
