No card machine - no notice to tell us or nor were we told before we ordered for 6.

When asking for an itemised receipt they had to hand write it.

Only one girl working out front doing everything so service was slow.

Food was ok, but did not match the description on the menu

Apple/ Orange Juice - 85p happy shopper from the local shop - they had to pop out to but it as they didn't have any in stock. was then totally overcharged for each glass. all tomato sauce bottles were empty and should have been filled up the night before ready for service.

The Manager/ Owner was obviously too busy to care as he left to go out on a trip and leave his only waitress to handle the entire service at peak lunch time.

Toilets were shocking - no soap to wash hands and from what i understand as i didn't visit them is that the mens didn't even...

Are they having a laugh???? XD £5 To go inside the most lamentable night club in the history of nightclubs! It's so small it's technically just a bar in someone's living room with louder music... You shouldn't pay to enter this place EVER! People buy drinks once their inside. I used to frequent this place more in the past. My experience was usually that of disappointment. If you're lucky you'll find four people asides from your group in there! Rare occasions like holidays and whatnot it was 'buzzing' with cheer and super fun. But usually me and my friends enter and awkwardly leave within thirty seconds of seeing almost nobody in there. As it's uncomfortable being the only ones somewhere...

What an absolute joke, I’ve been here many times before and tonight walked in, with no person taking money in the door. We went in and were told we had to pay £5 to use the toilet as nobody had taken our money. We were then told we were the only people not to have have paid in this manner. The lady who was behind it all was particularly unhelpful, and even got “friends” to tell us that we were in the wrong. All together, as we are locals we will definitely not be telling our friends to come again.
