Cappuccino's — Restaurant in England

I was in there with my children wen the owner moaned that a nother and friend haven't orderd within 20 mins he come up to the play area and told them they have to order even tho they have paid for the kids they should buy their own food aswell for the children and it's not a place for breastfeeding I thought this was rude so told the owner u charge a price and u want customers to pay food or drink aswell. And I could do with being cleaned as I know a few children catching chicken pox from there. There is alot of health and safety issues the netting on play area the cracks the dirt eye he needs a good scrub I was horrified the manager turned around and said if u come here u can't just pay for the play u have buy drinks or food and also not allowed to feed ur own baby your own food whilst on premises he was very rude told me if don't like it go pay more some wer else and stop moaning I said he will loose customers talking like that he said it's my place my rules! Don't like it door is there he also told me he will carry on his rules and take the risks I personally want to advise other mums out their that he is like this also very pervie...

Children NOT allowed to eat unless impeccable manners?!? I brought a one and a four year old to eat and play in the soft play area. After the youngest ate a plate of chips, roughly ten or so pieces had fallen onto the ground, shortly after the owner came in and swiped up the chips in a hurry, and treathend to throw us out if we kept making a mess, there was no signs or bins in the area that indicated the establishment had a (clean any messes yourself) policy. I spoke to the co-owner about our confusion in regardsto the threat we had recieved, and were told we are not slaves, as a mom myself, you must simply watch them when they eat. we were watching him, but a one year old will spill when eating, that is unavoidable. The food was adequate, with the exception of a lack of patience when I had questions about the egg preparations, but no biggie. however, the biggest red flag is the owners of a soft-play cafe, acting like you have dishonored their place of work when children do childish things. The owners attitude was rude and dismissive right of the bat and I would NOT recomend going...

RUDE OWNER, DISRESPECTFUL, NOT CHIlDFRIENDLY, FILTHY.

I have never visited such a terrible place in my life. I visited with my 1 year old son to use the softplay area and order lunch. The state of the upstairs where young babies play is disgusting. Don’t think it has ever been cleaned. I took my son out of the play area because of this and wanted to order some food. No staff in sight I decided to feed my son first. I was then approached by a man wearing an apron shouting at me to say what I was doing was wrong and I was taking up space for other customers. I was so shocked by this and all the other customers around me too. To attack a mother trying to feed her son who was a paying customer was appalling. Others in the cafe told me that he was the owner and usually treats people this way! AVOID THIS CAFE...
