Terrible customer service, don’t bother!

Isn’t massively busy plenty of staff and plenty of free tables both inside an out.

Big sign above the bar which says ‘order here’ so we approach the bar to order. “Table service only” the bar staff muttered...

We sat at a table there is a barcode on the table which we assumed you needed to scan to place an order. After trying for 10 or 15 mins, that wasn’t working we noticed the same bar staff member coming round fo take orders. Completely skipping our table and going to others who had arrived after us.

Few mins later the table next to us asked if they could cancel their order which they made and paid for 30 mins ago, drinks never arrived.

Staff member disappeared without so much of a look in our direction.

We approached the bar again “table orders only”....

We left without anyone attempting to take an order and...

Couldn’t order at the bar for some reason even though there’s a huge sign saying order here. Was told table service only. Took a seat and waited a fair amount of time with no service. Went back to the bar to ask if I can order there and was told to take a seat. When I told them I had been taking a seat for some time they said we are busy when they’re not that busy at all. Gave up and went elsewhere. Definitely wouldn’t be returning g here...

Poor service. Not enough staff and the ones who are working are slow and inefficient. We were there for a wedding, and even though it was booked and catered for, it was so disorganised, taking nearly 40 mins to get served. Needs to divide bar when eating for functions as they clearly can't cope with guests and pier customers. Dirty, dark, hot...
