Song Lyrics to describe Brunello Lounge:
"It spread like wildfire it was too quick to stop Every building in the street just became a hipster spot With exposed brickwork and mis-matched chairs And staff with big fat beards and slicked back hair Selling veg that was seasonal, bread that’s artisanal Free from every single allergen that’s conceivable Organic spelt leaven rye sourdough An absolute steal at only £5 a loaf I tried to warn my friends but they just said to me: “I think it’s good that we’re joining the 21st Century” As they tucked into the smashed avocado they were scoffing I was like “Damn man, they’ve already got ‘em” I started to research if this had happened before But what I saw left me floored coz it was worse than I thought From Shoreditch to New York and Portland it was spreading To Kreuzberg in Europe this was an epidemic!
Ohhhh you better start running Head for the hills coz the Hipsters are coming They took our town and they left us with nothing And now they wanna take yours toooooooo
Ohhhh you better start running Head for the hills coz the Hipsters are coming Taking over every damn thing that they’re touching And they wanna do the same to youuuuuuu"
Brunello aLounge is that place. That being said, the slick back haired, beard waxed staff are very friendly, the food is good and so is the drink. And what a great location in Weston when the tide is in and the...

We were shown to our seats and given the menus. As a group we decided on our order and went to the bar, only to be told about seven items on the main food menu weren’t available!
I appreciate that it was a hot Sunday so some shortages might’ve been understandable. What we don’t appreciate was being shown to our table and not once told that the menu was limited. We watched multiple other tables be seated without being told of the menu shortage.
As the menu was so limited, one of our party had to actually go and eat elsewhere due to dietary requirements.
We had to choose new meals basically on the spot at the bar as everything we wanted wasn’t available. When we asked why we weren’t told this when seated, we were told “we’ve run out of too many food items to remember everything”. Poor excuse.
Food arrives and to top it off, none of it was hot and the chicken was dry. We weren’t in the position to complain as we had to be at the Playhouse within the next hour.
We would’ve said something to a waiter/waitress when they checked on how our meal was, but no one actually...

This was brilliant as my partner has a tomato allergy, which when we explained she asked us to order at the bar to check the food we wanted was clear of tomato. She then took us to a perfect table and brought us crayons and the children's menu so our 4 and 1 year old could colour while we waited for our meal. My partner chose the tapas and the gent behind the bar was very knowledgeable and clear about the items he chose, he did come back to us at one point to let us know the brisket was cooked with tomatoes, which we thought was brilliant and very thorough and diligent. I ordered the steak frites and it was cooked to perfection. Honestly, if you want care, attention to detail and top notch service, this is definitely the place to go. We're from Nottingham but if...WHEN...we next come back to Weston-super-Mare we will be back for a...
