Poor food which was undercooked. Rang manager to voice concern. I recommend you not doing this unless you would like to feel like a theif a liar and spoke to with no level of customer service what so ever. After chicken balls being pink and slimy, the pork slices being very fatty, the ribs being of extremely Low Quality the concensus of eating this food went to zero. A phonecall to the manager to espress dissatisfaction was greeted by a lady actively saying don't come here to eat she doesn't care and the food is fine. After a debate that in our opinion the food is of Low quality and inedible was told we have to bring it back for a refund then being hung up on. I need to espress that at no point of that conversation we're we Doing anything but complaining about the food. So in principal we took the food back to be told that some of this had been eaten and only half Will be refunded no apologies to our dissatisfaction or any belief that we actually were unhappy with the food and actually was just on a scam of some Kind. After making the point you have a unhappy customer and were shocked this is of No concern to your business the reply was she can't keep everyone happy and there's nothing wrong with the food. After telling her her approach was ridiculous she got on the phone to the police to report the fact we were there and tried to turn the fact we were unhappy with the food and the service to a altercation. Made by our self's. I would definatley recommend anybody reading this review to choose elsewhere because if your unhappy with what you paid for then be prepared to be made to feel like someone on a scam of some kind....

We were the only customers there so were expecting fab service drinks were served pretty quickly and after a few minutes studying the menu, we asked the waitress if we could change one of the items in the Imperial platter starter which consisted of a mixture of starters my partner and I cant eat pork so because at the bottom of each page in the vast menu book it stated that any food allergies or food intolerance we were to let the waitress know ...we let her know!!! we weren't fussy what the ribs were swapped for....as long as it wasn't pork The waitress went back to put our request to the chef and reappeared a few minutes later with a definite NO .. the only explanation was something about portion size We were stunned!!! Paid the incredibly expense price for our diet coke and bottle of water and left Had a fab meal at the Efes Turkish restaurant just up the road where they were more than happy to make slight changes to the menu An empty Chinese restaurant, a chef that had nothing to do yet couldn't be bothered to tweak a dish Not customer service at all !! Read moreWould give zero stars if possible. Order a large menu for 14 people. Some chilli intolerant so ordered food that wouldn’t contain chillis or was marked not to contain them. Food arrived and everything covered in fresh red and green chillies. Phoned to let them know and was told it was our fault as the menu is clearly marked with chillis. It isn’t. The rude Asian lady told us it has salt and pepper and that includes chillis - !! Why. Why would you cover chicken and chips with chillis. She didn’t want to know and hung up. We rang back and spoke to someone very apologetic and offered us a refund which we had to claim via just eat. So we tried but they told us to ring the restaurant to refund. Again the mad Asian lady was so rude and abusive towards us we could t even explain the issue. She then threaten us with the police! All we wanted was an acknowledgment that the menu was incorrect and chillis shouldn’t have been on the food. But no we had police threats.
