we ordered our dinner at 7pm with estimated delivery time of 7:45pm but it didn't arrive until 8:45pm - an hour late. they did not even attempt to ring us to let us know of the delay. we rang them to ask where our dinner was and the man on the phone pretended that he did not understand what we were saying. we explained that we were waiting for an hour for the food and he said "whats the problem? we're very busy" when the food eventually arrived the food was cold and needed to reheated in the microwave. the food is very nice but the customer service is abysmal and the waiting time is unacceptable. will not...
