INDIAN COTTAGE ATTENTION You DID NOT fill the curries to the top!!!!! The Thali silver containers were filled LESS than 3/4 (70%) and with LESS chicken in than normal (ALL INTENTIONAL OF COURSE) (FOR GREED PURPOSES) Some chicken was ROCK HARD and the curries were very watery as though they were watered down!!!!! Naan bread burnt. We paid you the top price for the Cottage Thali, it wasn't a special night, so why did you RIP US OFF!!!!! The last couple of meals you have been delivering us before this one have been out the shop within 10-15 minutes so it's clear as a bell that this tells us that they are NOT being cooked from fresh and are WARMY UP JOBS, we have been very good customers with you for over 20 YEARS, BUT if you take the RISE out of us and SCAM us again then we will just STOP ordering from you, as now you are really WINDING US UP with your GREED!!!!! I would give this zero if I could we ordered chicken paneer which is a cheese sauce dish and andon't a Sri Lankan dish which is advertised as fairly hot. The Paneer was just dry Tika chicken and when we phoned to complain we were told to come back and they would make a fresh one, I took it back and they took it away and brought a new dish out and when I got it home it was the same dish with some grated cheese on top ! Ordered starter, main, rice and naan via Hartlepool eats. Very disappointed as used to always use Indian cottage, but all of this food was vile and inedible and of it looked fresh. Worst bhaji I’ve had, Tikka Massala sauce was awful and the meat inside the keema naan looked off. Wouldn’t normally write such a review but this isn’t a one off tried their food a few weeks ago and it’s was as bad, but because they used to be so good assumed it was a one off and tried again.
