So we came for my husbands birthday. First of all due to a local taxi company letting us down, we didn't arrive until 7.20 and our table of 7 was booked for 7pm so upon profusely apologising because we were late arriving, it was absolutely no trouble getting seated by the staff. Secondly the restaurant was smaller than I expected but again all the staff were very accommodating for us as a party. We were served for drinks pretty much straight away as soon as we sat down which I liked. As we all know when you are attending as a larger party at a restaurant it takes a little while for everyone to decide what they are having but again the staff were very patient and gave us plenty of time to decide on our menu choices (I hate being rushed for anything). Starting with the food, my husband is a chef and this was his first day off in 12 days and it's very rare for us to eat out and for him to have not a single complaint or grumble about the food, which he didn't! Service was prompt and in an ideal amount of time between each course. The price of the whole bill, considering 3 bottles of wine, 3 glasses of Pepsi, 4 beers and a jug of water, 6 starters, 2 garlic breads and 7 main meals was very reasonable! The food exceeded the expectation and the service was excellent, 1000% recommend and 1000% will attend again!
