Coffee#1 Bridgwater — Restaurant in England

For me today was one of the worse experience's since going to my favourite coffee No1 shop in Bridgewater. And they didn't open as usual as someone went sick and too make it worse? When the young female manager turned up? She said we would have too wait an hour to come in the shop? I was not impressed and another thing this young female manager said too me? That rubbed me up the wrong way was even if I complained the CEO or there area manager wouldn't b bothered about my complaints. Because they no they struggle and there r a small shop? The fact this isn't a one off? Isn't in impressive too me one bit. And I sent several emails to there head office in Cardiff and they didn't bother to get back too me? To me that speaks a thousand words and show there don't care about customers and...

Popped in for tea and cake on a late Sunday afternoon. Not too busy thankfully. Staff pleasant and helpful. I'm always a little apprehensive when it comes to tea in a coffee shop. Quite often it's a tea bag in a teapot. On this occasion I was pleasantly surprised as we were served loose leaf tea in a nice tea pot that didn't drip! Hurray! I also liked the water jug and glasses at the end for that little extra thirst quenching moment. Finally they bag up the old coffee granules and give them away free for anyone who wants to add them to their compost. Ok ,I know it's a cunning way of reducing their rubbish cost and filling the local tip, it's a simple thing to do and I like it (and came away with a bag of used coffee to see how it'll compose and add a little...

I was served by Deacon, he remembered my order from when I last visited, he is always very friendly and helpful, all the staff are lovely and go the extra mile to help customers, fantastic customer service 😊

Recently Deacon came to help a member of the public that had fallen over outside, he was wonderful, thankfully the person didn't need medical attention but the seat and drink he brought out for them, greatly helped, I couldn't fault his care, again showing why they are my favourite coffee shop, and not just because the coffee is great!
