If the service were to get any worse here, it would only be the staff actually throwing insults and crockery at customers before they walk out.

I am neqrly always disappointed with customer service these days and the poor management behind it. But this place is very special.

My business partner and good friend have visited on a number of occasions now.

The American girl with dark hair chose to "shoo" me with her hand and push behind me last time. That was nice.

The last two occasions have meant I have been late for appointments and meetings because of the slower than snails service and lack of concern for the queues.

The last two times I've seen 50% of the people in the queue with me walk out!

The large, blonde charmless one (most are) was actually sarcastic and rude about me having "oat milk".

And don't even think the staff are trained well enough to take critique. The moment I said something about the wait (after 25 mins at off peak time) I was met with amazement. Like a child being told "no" for the first time!

I was once proud of this little chain of outlets here in our region, but refuse to even allow.my staff there now.

Sort it out. Train and pay better. Whatever it takes. But you cannot and will not survive with people walking out of your stores u happy at the...

Ive been going to this place for many years and have posted good review,but today is not the day,FIRST time ever i had to go to say to the barista my dark mocha doesnt taste right,she asked whats wrong ,i said it tasted bland,i know my dark mocha and how it tastes, she said you mind if i taste,i said of course,anyway they made a new one but it just didnt taste the same,its bland and taste nothing like its dark mocha,the girl said "it has chocolate in it" , i didnt reply at all and just waited at the bar to get my new drink,sat down on my table but i couldnt enjoy it so i left it,paid £6 for this drink, also the other girl who served me was kinda rude,i asked for a teaspoon bec it has whipped cream, she kinda throw the teaspoon not saying anything to me at all,no apology or anything at all, its a shame how people acts when they get challenged,remember us customers do pay for this drink and we asked kindly to re make it so we can enjoy it as it is also our right to get the drink we want and paid for,dont think this place is doing well in my opinion,new staff all the time,i know they do work hard (some of them) but this day just threw me...

Well what can I say they never fail to disappoint. Yet again they let us down. Simple order a skinny mocha, a mocha and a panini. Massive order - not. So we waited for the panini, the timer went off on both machines made it sound like the place was on fire and we waited and waited finally the guy with a beard and man bun took the food out. Now there was me thinking he would cut it put it in the bag and pass it to us. Oh no, much better to leave it and let it go cold. By the time we got it the outside of the panini was warm at best and the contents stone cold. I asked for money back, they said they had a water leak, I said they had a customer who has paid waiting for now food. The girl with fake American accent said she didn’t do it. She took the order but rather than deal with hot food that we had been waiting for she carried on serving cakes to people. Appalling service even worse attitude and simply the worst place to get a coffee in Taunton. No wonder the window in the door was smashed, I imagine it was another disgruntled customer who had wasted their money in...
