Hello, I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews, but I just wanted to make you aware of the excellent customer service I received from Andrew at the Taunton branch. He noticed that the canvas order I had placed online wouldn't show off the photo to its full potential, due to the angle of the composition, so rang me within a hour of placing the order to discuss options. Sadly the photo was of my recently deceased niece, so it was of the upmost importance that the canvas did justice to her memory at the funeral. Andrew dealt with our order with professionalism, sensitivity and great care, and is a real asset. My mum had to collect the canvas on my behalf today and was met with Andrew in store, and was absolutely blown away by his professionalism and generosity (she rang me immediately afterwards to fangirl about him!) In a world where services are increasingly moving online it is heartening to know that there are Andrews in the world! We will definitely be using this branch again in future. All the best, Kerry...

Happy Snaps as a Company should be very proud of all the staff working in the Taunton Branch . I have visited this branch a few times and the service and expertise is second to none from everyone . On my last two visits , I was helped by Helena – my enquiries were not easy as I took several old photos to be restored ,some going back 100 years – she was patient , explained everything and more importantly took her time showing me what would be best knowing that these were photos could never be replaced and clearly you could see she knew they were very special . Brilliant. These guys are knowledgeable and helpful. I had some large photo prints 24"x24" and was very happy with the quality. The prints were inkjet, looked grest and in robust good quality paper.

Josh turned them round very quickly for me as I was on a tight schedule.

I have since been back a few times and have recommended them to a number of people who I know have had very good quality mugs and gifts.

If you don't know something they will help without making you feel stupid.
