Costa Coffee Quaywest — Restaurant in England

Ignore any picky reviews. I go here a lot and it's one of the best coffee shops around. Great staff (they really are the best, so friendly and make consistently great coffee), fantastic location on the beach, loads of space inside and out. Standard Costa pricing. Opened under a year ago, and what a great addition to Goodrington Sands. This place is slowly building up a loyal local customer base, hence yes, it can get busy at weekends and daily lunchtimes. It gets busier every week. That shows how good and popular this place is. Opens at 8am and stays open until 6pm. My only dislike is closing sections late in the day, for cleaning, sometimes restricting seating. Guess staff want to get home at a reasonable time, so understandable. Being a local and using Costa a lot in Goodrington need to bring to managements attention that in the summer months you need Ceiling Fans /AC in there. It is far too hot for Customers /Your poor staff who are having to work in these extreme heat conditions. You walk in there and they ard dripping they are so hot its bad enough just sitting there. They have had a couple of summers now and it needs addressing. Your staff are brilliant and keep smiling through the uncomfortableness of worlkng in duch conditions. Hope this gets...

We just want to say thank you so much to Michaela (manager) who was incredibly helpful to us when our car wouldn’t start. She went out of her way to ask around and then keep going back and forth to find some jump leads for us and helped start the car! She was absolutely wonderful and helped us out of a sticky situation.
