I usually go to Starbucks, but thought I would try Costa for a change. I popped in to pick up an order I had placed online for me and my partner as a treat, as we had been working in a freezing cold warehouse all morning and would be something nice to help warm us up. I ordered two gingerbread lattes. When I arrived at store the two girls behind the counter looked incredibly miserable and as if they did not even want to be there.
