Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I hate to write negative reviews but I have to be honest and say This is the dirtiest costa I've ever been to. The toilets are awful!! Really really bad. The service is not the best. I have rarely had a hello from the women on the till and one in particular left another (who was lovely and working very hard on the machine making the coffees and doing most of it herself) she didn't come to see what I was ordering and continued chatting to her friend over the counter which went on for quite a while. I have two in my local area and go to the other due to how poor the service is and how dirty the toilets and place seems to be. One thing lacking in Handforth, despite some improvements in recent years, is decent coffee shops. Costa offers a decent baseline for a caffeine fix without breaking out from the mold of the Costa brand. The baristas are always friendly and accommodating in there - despite often having to rush through orders due to the number of customers on site - and they always try to keep on top of the cleanliness in there.

There is nearly always somewhere to sit inside and if not, there is ample of seating outside in the Paddock area. Toilets are OK - generally clean.

This place has gone down hill! The place is disgustingly dirty!! Every single table was dirty! As was the floor! With liter all over the place, We had to wipe down our oun table and it was vile (see pictures) and there's zero!!! Excuse as it wasn't even busy, we actually watched the staff walk past a dirty fork on the floor numerous times, the place is also like a youth club with groups of none...
