Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

UPDATE: 01.10.24:

I visited yesterday and picked up a coffee and two Too Good To Go bags.

The service has improved a great deal.

The Too Good To Go bags were very generously filled - to the point that each one was heavy - and there was a good selection. The all day breakfast wraps are amazing.

It's definitely improved significantly here over the last two years.

ORIGINAL REVIEW (2022):

After every single item I ordered was out of stock at the Vision Retail Park branch, I went here. I could see they had cakes that I wanted and that the other branch didn't have but they had one yes one barista slowly serving a queue of eight people ahead of me....

This is for middleton Grange shopping centre Costa My daughter asked for 2 skinny latte coffees ,cake and toadtie ..he was asked " can you notbjust have normal milk as it'll mean me going down stairs for milk . The staff were all quite young . I couldnt see a manager . the iniform of one of the staff looked as it could do with a good wash . I am a regular at Peterlee for both in and take away as i have offices near but i dont think i would go to the middlestone grange Costa again ...awful service . They should gove the job to someone who wants it or take a look at how...

Went to Costa today and honestly had the best time, The drinks were amazing as usual, but I do have to mention the sweetest barista ever, Bailey. He was so kind and attentive. You can totally tell he loves his job. He actually made my whole day just by his looks alone 😅would’ve been even better if I’d managed to get his number before I left 😂💖10/10 I recommend this costa out of all...
