Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

I do like the food here, but half the stuff you have to get from the counter (drinks, cakes etc) aren’t there, and often enough there’s no staff there to talk to either. I always end up grabbing other things instead. I can acknowledge that it’s not great quality and to be honest the staff can be quite blunt and rude. Last time I went I had to substitute all my snacks and cold drinks, my sweet potato fries were burnt and when my mam accidentally took a sauce off the waiter’s plate she was really rude when she asked for it back. Absolutely horrific service. Stood waiting for someone at the till no one to be seen, had to go into the kitchen to get someone's attention. Finally ordered our food.
