Worst customer service ever. I went Tuesday morning with a friend , and had the worst service . Young man that serve us, really slow at taking orders ,an eternity to make them.. at the End he give us the wrong drinks( we asked for Iced Honeycomb Coffee, and give us Iced cappuccino ?! ) . I when and asked to replace them, but his Skills on Customer Service are terrible. NO APOLOGY, No Ofer to Exchange them, NOTHING. He keep saying that was our order!! Boscombe Costa is dropping the way they treat the customers good. There is always a problem ordering a basic hot/cold milk. Which is a basic product. The majority of the staff cannot make a proper flat white, let alone any other high quality drink. The service is delayed often due to the focus being on digital orders. And when you approach the store manager he wants to pass it on to area manager rather than deal with issue. Quality coffee, beats the competition. Friendly staff & in my case very helpful. The coffee is always the same quality no matter if it's town, motorway or airport. Tasty snacks that complement your coffee. Impressed with the extra time taken when wiping down surfaces due to covid. One criticism of the boscombe outlet, it's starting to look a wee bit tired, the interior needs some TLC. Still worth a visit...
