Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

avoid at all costs! we have been here twice recently and both times have found rude staff and bad customer service. The first time we went all the staff behind the counter were arguing whilst customers were waiting to be served, service was extremely slow. The next time we went the women behind the counter acted like everything was too much for her, the drink I always order at costa / coffee shops she said they don’t even do, but after making a deal out of it she made it anyway. I do not normally like going to big chain coffee shops, but my one exception is the Costa Coffee shop at the Truro Tesco. Obviously, the coffee and cakes are very good, but it is the staff that really make a visit feel like an occasion.
