Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I would rather not do that but it may brings some awareness for man, straight masculine man... A few weeks ago (3 weeks) I went there just for an Americano coffee, two ladies, young one I guess, for sure polish because one recognised me as she was my room mate before. I would rather skip her princess attitude and behaviour referring from sharing a house backing that time... so another knew I was polish and turned the conversation over from English to Polish like that would be my idea, I was a bit confused... While preparing coffee starts speaking to me about her day like I was interested... I just wanted my coffee, nothing else ladies!!! Please act next time more professionally and provide a service we are paying for. And stop having a sulk just because I would not listen to you how bad or good day you have/had because I was just interested to get my coffee, that is it. In the minute you will accuse me for hitting on you or something else... I just wanted a coffee... And if you have a bad day, well deal with it or take a day...

I went to this particular Costa a couple of months ago and purchased an Irish cream latte and Irish cream hot chocolate. Both drinks were barely hot, I would say just luke warm. I didn't complain as I had already left the shop and had many shopping bags.

I returned yesterday as I really fancied a hot drink due to the rain and cold weather. I stood outside waiting to be able to go in with my daughter. Two women just walked straight into the shop and were welcomed in and directed to the que. The manager knew we were there because he saw us when the last person was directed in before us. He didn't send them out to que up again. I decided that I would walk straight in and the manager rushed over to tell me to wait. I told him the other two women just walked in, he told me to wait still.... so they lost our custom. I'm sure they dont care but would do if all disgruntled customers boycotted their restaurant!! Staff more than often not uninterested and seem unhappy. Toilets are never in order , rarely have any milk substitutes because of “delivery issues” unsure how you haven’t learnt from previous orders not being delivered and sorting this with head office. Chairs often aren’t put out for early morning coffee drinkers. Also on Monday they had amazingly RUN OUT OF COFFEE. Today though, asked for my usual coffee , young lady at the till obviously got it wrong so when my order was called she was visibly annoyed and then eyeballed me on the way out for getting it wrong ? Lovely managers and staff previously but have seemingly all been replaced with people who don’t care, this is backed up by the woman who was making coffee today was on her phone whilst...
