The decor is cute with nice seating and tables. First visit here today, ordered a crepe and a milkshake. Both I would say very overpriced (9.95 for the crepe and had to pay extra £4 for the ice cream as I wanted a different flavour than vanilla, no straight swap allowed I asked.. Only a further charge for what flavour you want, should be included in the 9.95!) for the portion size and content of the milkshake was mostly skimmed milk. The server told me it would taste mainly of skimmed milk with added squirty cream. For £8.95 not good. I just noticed on Google the menu prices are saying 5.95 so now I feel even more ripped off 😣 Didn't want to cause offence by putting a lower star but felt I needed to leave an honest review. Called in late on this afternoon and no one in. I stood at counter whilst one young girl cleaned the coffee machine, one carried pots away and one cleaned table tops. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before asking the girl wiping tables if anybody could serve me, “I’ll only be two minutes” was the reply. Ridiculous. Finally the girl cleaning the coffee machine asked the table cleaner if she should serve me. Unbelievable. These young girls need further training and overseeing by someone who knows what they are doing. Not impressed at all however the cone, when I finally got one, was very nice!

Over the past little while i've come here enough to fill out my club card so in celebration (and because i am a little forgetful on these things..) I've decided to leave a review and hope this little ice cream parlor just off the main street in Northallerton remains active and hopefully thriving for years to come!

With a decor that is so very welcoming where we would not be allowed to sit inside (Covid) we've finally had a proper sit-in and got to try the pumpkin spiced latte alongside a delightful signature dish! Cookie dough base, lovely ice cream as a side with a caramel sauce and toppings of lotus biscoff and salted caramel choco thingies on top with a lovely little heart-shaped chocolate on the side to boot it was a real treat and the presentation of it was absolutely wonderful, the flavour compared to eating out is the same but it is the atmosphere of this lovely place that completed...
