Domino's Pizza - Bournemouth - Lansdowne — Restaurant in England

Trigger warning: dietary restrictions, complaints and (possible) GDPR failure I can't rate the pizza because of the poor customer service my partner and I encountered in this store which prevented us from enjoying a fresh cooked Dominos pizza. We walked down to order a custom pizza with vegan cheese and regular pepperoni (I'm lactose intolerant you see, and that's not pleasant, but I still eat meat) only to be told they can't make that pizza for me and that I have to have vegan pepperoni. It wasn't possible for me to get regular pepperoni with vegan cheese. Now, keep in mind I've worked for Dominos and Asda pizza counter previously, so I can confirm that it is indeed possible to put these two contrasting toppings on a pizza, cook it, and put it in a box for your customers to eat because shock and horror, I've done it before. My partner called the complaints line and guess what? He made a complaint, only for the manager of this store to call him up today (which I'm pretty sure is a breech of GDPR) and complain about him making a complaint! Anyway long story short there's a Papa John's across the road, who were more than happy to break the law and mix vegan cheese with pepperoni, and it was a fantastic pizza 🍕 they even gave me extra sauce for free which...

Very bad service. I went outside and waited for my delivery to arrive while looking at the Domino’s track site. When the site told me the pizza was ready to get picked up I never received a call and they never tried to contact me in any other way.

After waiting for an hour I called them. They started arguing and cutting me off before I managed to say anything else than ‘Hi. I have a request about my order’. After cutting me off 4 times they blamed me for the unsuccessful delivery since I used my international phone number when making my order online (it is nowhere stated that you must use a UK number). The staff was very rude and said that it was weird of me to not have a UK phone number. Then they asked me to come and pick up my order at the store. They never offered me any refund.

I was polite when I arrived at the store (big regret). Picked up my order, smiled and said thank you. I did not complain or ask for a refund. No apology from their side whatsoever. On my way out the door the store manager, yet again, tried to explain why they were in the right and I was the one to blame for the faulty delivery.

I just smiled and walked back home with two lukewarm pizzas. Never will order again, very...

Terrible one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. I bought the winter servicer deal with 2 pizzas a garlic bread with no sauce (they are suppose to have sauce) and potato flies which were the only good thing in it which I am betting are from tesco up the road. The first pizza an American which I choose to opt for the sun dried tomato sauce was so salt I thought I was eating a bag of salt, found the taste of it to be so confusing from sweet to salty I didn't even taste the pepperoni. The second, was an Italian (don't remember its real name, sorry) again I opted for the sun dried tomato sauce because it sounds nice and a good addition to a pizza again, it was all over the place, the cheese was heavy, the dough was too thick and after 2 slices I could not take it anymore. Suggestion get some people to look into the recipes of the sauces and also what goes on those pizzas because for the same price I can go to Bournemouth pizza Co and get a pizza 50x better.
