I would give less than one star, were it possible. We just ordered pizza using a discount applied for a completely incorrect and unacceptable previous order, only for one of the pizzas to turn up wrong, again. A half & half was ordered, but a single topping pizza arrived. I called the store immediately and was spoken to by a lady who could not have had more attitude on her if she tried. She accused us of lying, and stated that she "knew" the order was correct since she made the pizza herself. I told her that I was present when my husband placed the order and heard him request the half and half, including substitutions requested on the half that never arrived. I advised that I also heard him request a different base for the pizza which was done correctly and that I thought she may have made a mistake when with the order as we queried the price she gave us as we had asked for medium pizzas but she had done them as large because the offer on the phone was different to the offer online (despite previous assurances that they would honour the online offers because we HAD to phone to use their refund credit from the last wrong order). She went quiet, obviously having realised she was mistaken and put me on hold for a considerable time. The call was then taken off hold, while mutterings in the background continued then answered again by a heavily accented man who expected me to repeat the issue at least three times before he seemed to understand the issue, despite my having already explained it to the female and her having spoken to him while I was on hold. Once he seemed to understand the issue, he spoke to me in a manner which I don't think I have ever been spoken to before by someone supposedly in the service industry. He told me there was "no way" they got the order wrong, it was on the screen in front of him. I reiterated that what was on the screen was wrong, I was present when the order was placed etc. He then had the audacity to say to me "everyone else gets the right pizzas from us, how come it's only ever you people who get the wrong thing?" Obviously referencing the reason we had the refund credit and the multiple issues we had with that order. His tone was honestly disgusting and I have no idea what someone who speaks to people like that is doing dealing with customers. I reiterated again that the order was incorrect and they needed to rectify it. He told me if I was "that concerned" about it, we should have placed the order online so we could check it was right. I advised again that we had to phone the order in due to the credit due to us. He then started sneering about us having complained before. I asked again for the issue to be resolved, and he said they would re-make the one pizza. I said this was not satisfactory as the other one would be stone cold by the time the new one arrived. His suggestion was to eat one now and the other when it arrived, as apparently he didn't think it was relevant that a family wanted to eat together rather than in shifts - I stated this point and he said that he was not prepared to re-make both pizzas and became very aggressive towards me raising his voice and accusing me of trying to get extra free pizza "again" - when in actual fact the incorrect pizzas were returned to them intact last time as proof we were not trying to scam free food, and these would have been as well. This man was so aggressive, shouting over me at this point that I had to say to him "I would suggest you address your attitude toward me sir" and he continued to shout and rant mostly intelligibly that I had no option but to...

He was ment to have conciling for our son we lost then told he had to work till rota said well she was laughing at him and was then told at 8pm still not aload to leave the manger is a joke and all staff leave becuse of her she says ok to things then denys saying it, she aproves holidays then takes them back saying her desions over rides it. Ment to be flexible hours but its a joke my partner has no problem in working long days but to be denyed conciling is out of order to be denyed family ocasions is out of order the manger needs to go every one works better and things get done when she not there sat in her office on her phone on dating sites.
WOW!!!!! What a change in just a week of the manger leaving. My partner is being listen to and his views are being took in to consideration. The new person in charge is doing a amazing job of turning the dorchester store around, making sure staff are getting the training and things can only get better from now on well done dominos it may take a few weeks to get there fully but after only 1 week can already see how much it has improved with the right person...

I was contacted by the driver to say he made a mistake and delivered it to the wrong house and would get a new pizza to me to be phoned back by the manager and told how I’m a thief and won’t be getting a new pizza and I allegedly do this all the time when I asked what he was going on about when have I ever done this and it was his driver who called me. Well talk about lack of managerial skills I got told I was banned, can’t know the dates (again I’ve never reported a missing pizza) and I’m banned from using dominos follow me being hung up on by the manager. When my husband went to the store to find out what happened it was implied I was too lazy to walk myself to get pizza.
