Worst experience in Dorchester. In short, We came a couple ordered food and drinks, we order Miso Salmon and Veg gluten dish. The Moso salmon was the worst dish, it smelt from across the table, it sat on a bowl rather than plate of mess. A liquid of stinky fish sauce that covered off vegetables. Girlfriend had one bite and she was sick for a few days. Unfortunately we paid online at table. So when blond manageress came over and pretented interest and paid we will will be reimbursed that dish only. We after two weeks haven't seen even that returned. Shambles. Note. From where I sat I saw a microwave on the wall of kitchen. Kitchen staff don't wear gloves and obviously don't care about food hygiene. Management needs...

WORST BRUNCH OF OUR LIVES! this is the most honest and direct way I can describe the food here ! I am honestly surprised this place has 4.5 stars! Having come from London area and West Sussex we were nearby and stopped for brunch and we were horrified...our 'home made' juices were syrup in bought bottles topped up with some water! The avocado toast I ordered had literally small piece of avocado few pieces of 🍅 and dry bread? My friends had poached eggs with mushrooms was those from a can? We had the worst pancakes ever! This was a truly horrible experience I actually walked up to the waiter and told her we were shocked! We were so hungry so managed somehow to have some but felt sick...

Me and my family came here today for my birthday meal, we were made to wait over an hour for our food which if it was busy I could understand it, however a lot of tables were empty. We arrived around 2pm and by the time I got my meal it was ten past 3, I felt the wait has put a dampener on my birthday, the vibe was just totally off in there, I didn't feel very welcome.

I am simply giving a one star because after complaining to them, they did give a full refund.

I won't be going here again though. My order was basically a bowl of rice and veg, there's no decent chef in the world that takes an hour to cook rice!!!!!!
