Domino's Pizza - Hove — Restaurant in England

Absolute shambles of a pizza kitchen. I used to order regularly from here. However the service and quality of pizza has declined and my last experience has put me off for good. I ordered a 1/2 and 1/2 margarita and Veggie Volcano, which was undercooked, sloppy, tasted like the sauce had gone off and covered in mushrooms. The pizza I ordered does NOT include mushrooms on the menu what so ever..and I certainly did not ask for them. I can’t stand mushrooms and my meal was ruined. Not only did the half an hour “quality check” not pick up on the fact my pizza had mushrooms on it... who ever made the pizza shouldn’t have done so in the first place. Staff and manager couldn’t seem to care less about this mistake..and told me I had to contact Dominos HQ if I wanted a refund.. Seeing as I paid for a pizza that went straight into the bin, I obviously wanted my money back. Not only were the staff making pizza completely wrong..they are also not being checked.. turning up late, undercooked and sloppy. The “manager” did not even seem apologetic at all and did nothing to help my refund. I will no longer be using this dominos branch and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Would give 0 star if I could. This place is a disgrace to the company name and...

Domin-OH NO!

We ordered pizza last Monday around 14:20. The food took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive! When we called after the first half hour, we were told it would only be another twenty. If we were told it was actually going to be another 50 minutes we would have cancelled the order. The kids were getting so cranky we had to pop to the shop, where we could have got our own food as well.

Now corporate thinks a free large pizza is compensation when their business model relies on delivery? That was a household of displeased customers and I will now rethink paying the premium that Domino's charges. It ain't worth it. The pizza isn't amazing, potato wedges always soggy/tepid... Literally, we pay for the convenience of fast delivery. So an absolute FAIL here.

Driver was friendly and...

This branch seriously need to sort out their card machines. Last week I ordered and got told the driver would have a machine so that I could pay on delivery, went just fine. Yesterday the poor guy turned up without a card reader despite me being told I could pay on delivery. The driver was really polite and apologised, but it meant I had to phone the store and pay over the phone while my delivery sat there getting cold. The driver was great, it wasn't his fault at all- apparently they have 16 drivers and 4 card machines between them. It isn't fair on customers or drivers to expect to pay on delivery and the order turning up with no card machine. Sort it out Dominos Hove. The pizza was great as always though- was going to give one star but the pizza made up for...
