Domino's Pizza - Salisbury — Restaurant in England

I've been a regular customer for several years, this isnt a cheap option for pizza but none the less we pay it. Tonight I ordered a total of £30 worth of food, the app said the order wasnt processed so I checked my bank to see I had enough, i found that dominos have taken the money for the order so i ring the store like the app tells me to, they said I'd have to reorder and pay again despite the transaction showing on my bank statement. She offered me to speak to the manager I said no because she said they cant overrule anyway so would only repeat what she said, my mate then called for 20 minutes strait until they answered the phone, he asked to speak to the manager strait away and the person on the phone said I am the store manager, he explained the situation and she said like I told him he will have to reorder and pay again!

Wait just now you offered to put my mate on to the manager and now suddenly you are the manager?

I've been messed about, I've been charged and havent got any food, I'm not gonna bother with these anymore pizza hut all the way.

Take everyones negative reviews into account and just dont waste your time and money cold pizza was the norm for deliveries and long waits and collecting they never started the order until you arrived despite tracker saying...

Worst pizza place in Salisbury DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. I've been going to Domino's Salisbury for over 4 years now and I used to love it... 2 years ago. Lately they have been poor, poor servers who are rude and dismiss anything you have to say; they over cook the pizzas (so don't pay an extra £2.50 for double decadence because you won't have any sauce and it tastes dry) and the delivery is, as you can guess also poor, they take over an hour to get you a pizza that takes 10 minutes to cook so you when you do finally get your overpriced pizza it's cold. Usually you call up and tell them that it is cold and you get a free pizza put on your account; I was just spoken to on the phone by the server in a rude and dismissive way, basically I paid for a cold pizza and wasn't compensated for it. Like I said I have been going here for 4 years and the past 2 years I have been going hoping that it was going to be good. And yet pretty much every time I was disappointed. Rude Manager, poor delivery service and terrible condition of food. Manager refused to give me his first name so I could confirm with head office that a refund would be processed and refused to give me a receipt for proof of refund. He also called the police and tried to have me arrested on a public order offence and lied to say I was shouting and swearing at him and staff members. Lucky I recorded the whole incident. They told me the store Manager did NOT process a refund he lied again and lied to the police as the police said that he had processed a refund but could not give a receipt. Police said I should of been set an email. Apparently quotes to police by manager All recorded on video which is on its way to head office. And body cam footage is requested from Wiltshire police.
