Domino's Pizza - Sandhurst — Restaurant in England

It's been a looooong time since I ordered pizza from Dominos, and finally going back I have been sorely disappointed. They now charge £2.50 delivery for less than a mile. The food is not as I remember it, quite bland and tasteless now tbh. I feel so sorry for the drivers, who I would previously tip generously, but if I'm already paying £2.50 for delivery how can I justify an additional tip? How do you define "exceptional service" when delivering pizza? And Dominos "begging" for an additional in-app driver tip after the food is on its way feels like pure corporate greed to me. Do the the drivers actually see any of this? Do they get reasonable remuneration for their service? Yep - Dominos will now be permanently excluded from my go-to...

Absolutely disgusting service from Domino’s Sandhurst. I ordered a pizza which was not delivered with no contact from the branch, they took my money, gave me a wrong customer service number to call to get a refund. Have been in touch via email with customer services who have been utterly useless. So I decided to call the branch directly, I spoke to the manger who was nothing but downright rude to me, refused to even talk about a replacement, was really aggressive and then hung up on me mid way through me talking. If I could have given no stars I would have. Not only disgusting service but they have taken my money and given me nothing! I would avoid...

Ordered a pizza for delivery, app stated 40-45 min delivery time. After 1 hour 5 mins I called the store to be told its on its way. Called sgsin at 1 hour 30 mins to be told "sorry it's not left yet there is an hour and a half wait tonight". Called at 2 hours and spoke to the manager who said he'd refund my order and the pizza would be sent. Once I got off the phone, the app changed to state that my pizza was out for delivery. After another hour of wsiting and no answer from the store I decided to go to bed, hungry. No pizza and I'm yet to know if my order was refunded. Needless to say I will order from other pizza delivery stores now...
