Domino's Pizza - Shepton Mallet — Restaurant in England

I am absolutely discussed with the customer service in the shepton mallet branch. My partner placed an order for deliver and when the app updated to say being delivered she was glued to the window waiting. Over 20 minutes had passed and the app now said completed although no one had approached the house. I rang to get an update and a woman answered the phone. (I knew it was going to be bad straight away from the grumpy sigh she gave while answering. I asked about the order and she asked me the address. On tell her the address she took a attitude straight away, "saying the driver went and you didn't answer! And then the number you gave was wrong. Come and get it yourself or have a refund." And being very rude once I told her no one had come to our address and she continued being rude. This is disgusting behavior and attitude to a customer who was trying to spend £40+ on your business. We will never use this store again and advise others to...

i had placed a timed order for delivery so that it would arrive as i got home from work, only to find out when i looked on the app that my food had been delivered yet nothing was there, i phoned up to ask where my order was only to be told that the driver had been waiting for 20 minutes, which if they had delivered it at the time i had ordered it for they wouldn’t have been, i asked if i could have my order resent to be told that the delivery driver had been sent home (which shouldn’t be the case seeing as the store accepts deliveries up until close) and that i needed to go and collect it, i explained to what im assuming was the manager on shift that i couldn’t collect it due to not having a car and he was rather rude and was telling me that it was my own fault so i had asked for a refund if they weren’t going to resend my order only to be hung up on, absolutely disgusting...

Avoid avoid AVOID ...often dog mess outside which gets in shop and 2x I've been in a left as it's been left and not cleaned up..last time the whole shop stank of dog mess so I was no way going to order food when it smells so bad and strong. Couldn't see it so must of been behi d counter where staff are in and out from deliveries. ALSO the first time I went the order took a very long time for just 2 pizzas...walked with 2 hungry kids in tow who had had enough by 10min wait let alone the hour..whilst there many people complained ..anyway walked home to find they had given us the wrong order...so had to go back. Was a nightmare. IF u like long waits...wrong order and a aroma of dog poo then this is place for u ..if not stick to the family owned pizza restaurant a few doors down...
