Absolutely appalled by the narrow minded staff who have put ridiculous discriminating 'covid' rules in place.I went there with my 22 year old son who has special needs and was told that he could not come in the shop with me because they only allow one customer at a time. I told the assistant that he was my son who has special needs and therefore from the same household only to be told 'that if anything happened they would be more at risk'.ie, the staff would be more at risk of catching covid. Totally outrageous and unacceptable. Consequently I did not buy anything from this dreadful shop. I would have given no stars if it was possible. My advice is not to go to Green and Pleasant if you, or anyone you are with, have health issues or special needs. This is discrimination against the most vunerable members of society and will not...

Nothing green or pleasant about a shop that refuses to refill your glass bottles with hand-wash, as you didn't buy the bottles from them. I thought reuse was the word. Quite ridiculous really...I didn't buy anything...
