Greggs — Restaurant in England

Gregg's is obviously well known for its breads and pastries, and this one was no exception to the quality Gregg's is known for.

The staff here are spot on very friendly and professional.

The store was very clean and no hygiene issues seen.

I was also impressed with the scheme Gregg's has recently signed up to where they sell left over goods via an app to reduce food wastage. For a daily set price and the items given are random based on what hasnt sold that day. (The app is too good to go) there are many local shops but beware there is a limited quantity each day and once sold they are gone.

Parking at this store is limited but more than sufficient for most times of the day especially as this store is very small along with 4 other places.

Gregg's has also got there own apps.. one is like a digital wallet and rewards scheme.. the other is for ordering (also a website for this) so you can click and collect. They have also teamed up with delivery companies such as deliveroo and uber eats and just eat so you can order and get delivered or collect from them via this way too.

So would I recommend Gregg's... most...

I would like to said big thankyou to the staff at Filton Greggs they were brilliant the staff was really quick to get to my daughter and do first-aid on her they’ve also put it in the accident book to even the staff that was dealing with Her and the other one was helping clear up the mess, there was a queue one of the gentleman was moaning and staff turn round and said to that man can you not see that I’m dealing with a toddler that’s burnt herself this is more important than you getting your Greggs man shout up. Ordered a click and collect after a long 12 hour shift. I arrived on time to collect, to be told it will take another 10 minutes. I walked back in to the shop after those 10 minutes and was made to wait another 15 minutes then was given my food with no apology. Absolutely fuming what's the point in having a system that allows you to click and collect if you can't fulfil it. I've had this happen to me at other Gregg's store and the staff are always apologetic and just genuinely friendly. This store I have to say gave me a poor customer service experience and I will not...
