Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Great Britain

If I could give no stars then that will be the best but unfortunately I cannot give any lower than 1.

Here is how my experience went at this store (1st time ordering from here)

I had 11 reward points so i was able to get a free side online, when I had completed my order online there was no option to exchange the 'money value' to points so i had thought that it would be automatically deducted when i got to payment process, but when I did, i was charged the full amount which is very deceiving as there are no CLEAR instructions on how to exchange the points. All they are interested in are taking your money, they don't even have a final confirmation page before you pay, it just says PAY NOW. Please be careful to avoid being overcharged !!

I live 6 mins away from the store and my order had taken over 1 hour to receive, I had only ordered 2 pizzas and a side when I did eventually receive my order, pizzas were cold and so were my garlic sticks and not up to papa john 'standard'

There is no point trying to get in touch with the customer service, they do absolutely nothing, give false information and it takes them 3 days to reply back to your email. That is what you call good customer service. Its a shame because I have been a loyal customer for a long time but I guess i will go for pizza hut next time ! GUYS SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, DONT ORDER...

UPDATE. Last night, for a good 30mins the ap showed as 'checking & cutting' (why so long?). Once our order finally arrived (1hr 10min from ordering). Both pizzas were pretty cold, even worse the toppings were scarce and the pepperoni, we'll what there was of it was so thin I could read a newspaper through it. Admittedly we were sent an automatic apology message re time taken, with a free medium pizza offer which we will take up, but unless food is hot with a reasonable standard of toppings I'll be looking elsewhere for my pizza in future.

What a fast delivery ‘The Papa John’s’ guys does!!!! It just took 2 hours to get my pizza delivered. The distance between source and destination was just 1.8 miles. Ordered pizza at 8pm and got delivered at 10.15pm. I paid £25 for such a fast delivery and I got lot of frustration and rubbery pizza as a complementary. Can’t thank you enough dear Papa John’s for keeping my kid asleep hungry. Not worth of 1 star as well. The delivery person was such insane to read the address and find it in google map. Never order from this place, there are high chances of you remaining hungry or get to eat rubber for your money. Papa John’s don’t care for their customers. Hoping to get my money...
