I recently had an outstanding experience at Greggs, thanks to an exceptional staff member named Dawn. From the moment I walked in, Dawn's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed. Her genuine smile and positive attitude were contagious, setting a great tone for my visit.

Dawn's customer service skills are truly remarkable. She took the time to listen carefully to my order, making sure she got every detail right. I was impressed by how knowledgeable she was about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that I ended up loving. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience at Greggs, Derby Railway Station!

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Greggs at Derby Railway Station recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks to the incredible team.

First off, Evelyn was an absolute gem. Her friendly smile and kind demeanour made my day instantly better. She took the time to chat and made me feel like a valued customer, not just another face in the crowd. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it really shows.

Ashley, who was also behind the counter, was equally fantastic. She was efficient and quick but never rushed. I had a few questions about some of the drink menu items, and Ashley was more than happy to explain everything in detail, helping me choose the perfect beverage not to mention share some local knowledge. Her product knowledge is top-notch!

And then there was Jay – what a superstar! Jay was handling the bakery items, and I must say, the All Day Breakfast Baguette was absolutely fresh and perfectly baked. You could tell he put extra care into every single item. Jay also made sure everything was spotless, which really added to the overall positive experience.

Whether you’re in a rush to catch a train or just looking for a quick bite, this Greggs is a little slice of heaven. The service is exceptional, the food is delicious, and the staff – especially Evelyn, Ashley, and Jay – really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I’ll definitely be stopping by every time I’m in Derby!

I recently visited Gregg's train station with high hopes for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I stepped in, it was evident that this establishment fell short of its reputation.

First and foremost, the food served was far from acceptable. My order arrived and was lukewarm at best, and to my dismay, some items were even undercooked. It's unacceptable for a supposedly reputable eatery to serve food that's not only cold but also inadequately prepared. The lack of attention to basic cooking standards was appalling and certainly not worth the money spent.

To compound matters, the attitude of both the manager and the staff was nothing short of rude. When I politely brought up my concerns about the quality of the food, I was met with dismissiveness and an utter lack of professionalism. The manager's response was indifferent at best, and the staff seemed more interested in gossiping amongst themselves than addressing...
