Greggs — Restaurant in England

Go here a lot as I work close by but think the final straw has come now. Most mornings they never have any omelette or croissants. Veggie options are never warm. Went in recently on around 8am and there were as usual no omelette for a breakfast cob and there were flies everywhere all over all the food so that put me off getting anything which is a shame as I saw a croissant. Got a coffee and went to the sugar counter and it was filthy, bin inside was full. Considering it was 8am it’s clear it hadn’t bothered to be cleaned the night before or the bin emptied but actually looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for the entire of the previous day or longer. Me and my mum went in the other day during our daily walk for a coffee and something to snack on, place is nice and clean and staff are friendly and polite, the only thing im dissatisfied on is that my mum had a cheese and onion pasty and i had a pepperoni pizza slice. There wasn't even much to choose from either because alot of them were either sold out or wont made at all. We both went outside to eat them but dissapointingly both of them were stone cold. My mum only had 1 bite before throwing hers away. Same thing for my pizza slice, not only it was stone cold, its was quite stodgy, so i also had to throw mine in the bin aswell after 2 bites. Maybe the light heaters that supposed to keep the food warm isn't working properly. Wont be eating from here again for a while unless it...

Greggs is Greggs, right? I didn't know this was here when I visited Pride Park. But it was very welcome. I was super hungry and this was just the thing. I had a Sausage, Bean and Cheese Melt (my go to). It was the perfect temperature and the best one I've had.
