Hallows Cafe — Restaurant in England

Mine and my sisters experience here was absolutely shocking. My sister has Crohn’s disease which cause her to require access to all public toilets in all facilities and public places however even after informing the staff of this matter they denied her service for nearly 10 minutes. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour towards somebody with a hidden disability. It is insanity thay they can deny someone with such needs even after being told the severity of the situation. Unfortunately the company does not have a website or email that I can express my displeasure to; so I have decided to leave a review to show my disappointment in the company. It is human kindness in order to let someone with such an issue to be able to relieve themselves. Not only does it cause discomfort but embarrassment and upset. She should never have to have been put in the position by the staff working. They also tried to make us purchase something in the dire situation we were in. Went in for drinks and the staff behind the counter were so nice and helpful! Since it’s getting hot I wanted a cold mocha, but they did not sell it there however the staff said that she will give it a go and it was wonderful!!! I also went in another day and I had their traditional breakfast and the chocolate milkshake.The breakfast is quite good you can’t go wrong with English breakfast, however the chocolate milkshake was very disappointing, just tasted like a cheap chocolate sweet powdered drink, for the price I would have expected it to taste much much better:(

Got to the til and the server didn't even acknowledge me. There was no one else there. I ordered a mocha and she sighed. She made it and told me the charge. I asked if I can pay on card? She sighed again and said "Hmm.. I guess so" as if she was doing me a favour. She gave me my drink. I said thank you and she just turned away. I sat down outside and as soon as I stood up, another colleague took the chair off of me before I could take my things off the table. As soon as the final item was lifted, he took the table.
