My wife and I took a chance on this little gem today, and boy are we glad we did. As soon as you walk in, you are presented with a lovely modern, rustic style setting which is spotless! We only wanted a coffee, but upon seeing the inviting setting, we decided to have breakfast. It came out lovely and hot & professionally presented. It tasted absolutely wonderful too! The owner clearly has high standards and wants you to have a memorable experience! Seriously, the food is absolutely delicious in this place and I believe they source all their fresh quality ingredients locally. It's well worth a long drive. I live in Bispham and usually eat on Red Bank Road as there are some lovely cafés along there. However, I will personally make the journey to Heritage Coffee shop from now on for their food. It is very rare in this town that owners take this much pride in their business, so I am thankful she has. I promised her this review today, she absolutely deserves it for running a fantastic business with high quality standards. Can't wait to come back again, your staff are lovely too! See...

My first visit to this family friendly little café, and it certainly won't be my last! It's something of a hidden gem, just a short walk from the prom, with a small parking area round the back. Clean and comfortable inside, with a relaxed ambience and contemporary decor (apart from the antique typewriter in the back room!). The toilets were very clean. And the staff were so welcoming, attentive and friendly! l came here for lunch, and as soon as I walked inside, the owner made me feel right at home. The menu offers a good variety of hot and cold sandwiches, breakfasts and brunches. Plenty of healthy choices, with vegetarians and vegans well catered for. Great selection of hot drinks and milkshakes, and you can also get alcoholic drinks here. I had the special house salad with chicken, blue Stilton cheese, bacon, avocado and hard-boiled egg, served with a little pot of mustard vinaigrette dressing. Beautifully presented, flavoursome, and the ingredients were very fresh. The orange juice was so refreshing on a hot day! An enjoyable lunch at a very reasonable price. I...

We have eat here on numerous occasions and have had a real good experience the staff and food have been excellent. But I think they have become a victim of there own success. It’s just a shame the last 3 visits we have made we haven’t ended up eating , twice we were told 40/50 minute wait and then today was told 30 minute, so we were seated then we waited to have our order taken for another 12 minutes, so I asked the young girl about the wait because other customers came in and were told 40 minutes, I asked is it 40 minutes from been seated or from the order , she said from ordering . We found that to long as we had already been sat waiting to have our order taken . I think they need to have a more professional system in place which would enable them to get food out quicker , which would generate more income due to more customers turnover . you can’t fault the food . Every time I have been I have seen money walking...

We decided to visit the Coffee shop after my wife saw a Facebook post. The venue is neat , clean and well laid out. Both the Coffee and food were superb, they have parking facilities at the rear of the shop and toilet facilities in the shop that are clean and tidy, well above average for Blackpool. I can highly recommend this venue. Update to the original post. The service and food at this venue has only gotten better over the last few years and was recognised in 2021 by TripAdvisor, and quite rightly so! If you havnt been here yet, i would plan one in the near future. Enjoy! 😊 ❤️

Food was really disappointing, pictured was was my Avo on toast with poached egg on sourdough........ More "shop bought" toast than an actual yummy breakfast, I received half an Avocado with no seasoning at all, a pinch of what looked like Morrisons pre bagged salad and 2 eggs. It just felt no like zero effort was made tbh. Coffee/drinks take a really long time to arrive too, so order them asap if you do chose to attend. Edit - My visit was Friday 13th May around 11:30, pre Jubilee and I ordered smashed Avo on toast with a poached egg.
