My partner and I had the pleasure of dining at Hinar Kitchen, a family-owned restaurant, during our short break in Poole. We were warmly welcomed by Hussein, who recommended some starters and main courses. Each dish we savored was exceptionally flavorful and tasty. To complement our meal, we indulged in some delightful cocktails and beers, which were available at a discounted price during happy hour.

As the restaurant was not crowded, we had the opportunity to engage in a nice conversation with Hussein. He shared some stories from his native country, providing us with a glimpse into its rich culture and heritage.

In summary, our experience at Hinar Kitchen was extraordinary. The delectable cuisine, refreshing beverages, and enchanting ambiance, coupled with the melodious eastern music in the background, made for an unforgettable evening. The food is beautifully presented, and the staff couldn't have been lovelier—professional, warm, and genuinely kind. The atmosphere both inside and out is pleasant, and sitting outside on a warm evening made the experience even more enjoyable.

While the overall experience was lovely, there’s room for refinement in the menu. Some dishes, like the hummus and salad, felt simpler than expected and not exactly fresh looking, and serving falafel with rice might not suit everyone’s taste (so we went for side plate instead). It could be worthwhile to explore how similar restaurants approach these classics and consider some flavor-forward enhancements.

Very disappointing experience in this place...the waiter who greeted me did not seem to gave any interest in "serving" me as soon as I advised I would have needed a rare away. He told me he was "in a hurry" straight away, no respect or consideration to the fact I am visually impaired (with all the disability signs around my neck & around my arm.
