Pizzeria Valona — Restaurant in England

I highly recommend Valona Pizzeria in Poole High Street. The food is amazing and very tasty. My favourite pizza is Pizza Valona, which has amazing taste and it also looks so creative. Italian Cheffs Manu and Alessandro are very skilled in making pizzas for many years, and his pizzas are made in a wooden oven, which makes them so crunchy and soft It is one of the best Pizza I eat in my life here. Manu is very friendly cheff and is very passionate about making amazing pizzas for customers. Thank you, Manu, so kind. He made my pizza in a shape of heart, what was so special, as I had not seen this shape before. Waiter Mozi is excellent, and waitresses Greta and Valentina are both very kind, friendly, helpful, and caring towards customers. They have made sure that everything was spot on during my experience here. Tiramisu was delicious and soft, and my Coffee Late had a beautiful velvety taste. And my Italian beer served with Valentina was also delicious. The Owner Ash was also very friendly and welcoming. Went here last night and had a bit of an underwhelming experience. Our waitress came to our table and asked if we would like a drink to which we replied yes please and we would also like to order some food as we knew what we wanted. The waitress refused to take our food order citing that she needed to take other tables' drinks orders. Firstly we thought that was a bit odd as we knew exactly what we wanted. Why she couldn't write it down on her notepad was baffling. When she eventually came back to take the order, we waited over 45 minutes for two pizzas. The wait seemed like forever and people who came in after we had ordered had their food before us. It just didn't make sense. I ended up asking the waitress what was going on and our order turned up shortly after. I think they had completely missed/forgotten about us. Good pizza but terrible service. Called in on the spur of the moment during our holiday , after seeing the lovely looking pizzas people were eating on the outside tables.

We sat on an outside table ourselves. Excellent service, drinks served nice and cold and a free bottle of water delivered to the table without having to ask.

We ordered a pepperoni and a ham & mushroom pizza, and both tried each others dishes. Both absolutely amazing. Massive freshly made pizzas with lots of toppings. I had originally been served with someone elses order by mistake , which was quickly rectified before I'd even started it. As we were about to leave we were presented with that complimentary pizza in a box to take home with us.

With such friendly and attentive service , and the best pizzas we have ever had anywhere, we would highly recommend giving it try.
