Today I visited your High Wycombe store, and I am very upset with the overall quality of the food. Our family takeaway was ruined, the chicken was overcooked and was extremely oily. I have taken pictures to show the colour of the chicken coating. From the picture(s) you can see the oil that was used was old and that's why the chicken coating was dark brown. Normally the chicken oil is drained, and the chicken coating is golden brown where it looks fresh.
Even whilst leaving the store the paper bag ripped and the chicken fell out. The store manager only agreed to change 6 pieces. This was in my opinion due to how oily the chicken was, and the store didn't even use a chicken bucket paper liner. Overall, I am very disappointed not only with the quality of the food, but service provided.
I have been a long-standing loyal KFC customer for the last 25 years, but today's experience has really made me consider whether I ever want to walk into one of your stores moving forwards, as my entire family was disappointed with the food to the point, we just throw away the remaining pieces of chicken. I normally don't go out of my way to complain but this experience has really upset us all.
I have also read some of the reviews online on Google for the Frogmore store and I can see there are a lot of dissatisfied customers. The Frogmoor branch is one of the local KFCs near me and on past occasions I have not had an experience like this. It feels like the store has gone downhill. I don't recommend anyone use this branch until significant changes are made by this store. I for one will not be...
Read moreI recently witnessed appalling treatment of delivery drivers at KFC High Wycombe, and I feel compelled to share my observations. While I understand the pressures of retail, there's absolutely no excuse for the way these workers were being handled. The drivers, who were clearly working under tight deadlines, were subjected to: Excessive wait times: Drivers were left standing for unreasonable periods,This wasted their valuable time and impacted their ability to complete other deliveries. Rudeness and disrespect: Staff members were observed speaking to drivers in a dismissive and condescending manner. There was a distinct lack of basic courtesy and respect. Unorganized and slow order handoffs: The system for handing over orders seemed chaotic, leading to confusion and frustration for the drivers. These drivers are essential to the store's operation, and their hard work should be acknowledged and appreciated. Instead, they were treated as an inconvenience. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on KFC High Wycombe. I urge the management to address these issues immediately and implement measures to ensure that delivery drivers are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. Until then, I cannot recommend supporting...
Read moreThis is the second time, I have fetched my 10 year old daughter to HIGH WYCOMBE (Frogmore) KFC, on both occasions, the meat in the zinger burger was raw....today 03.05.2025, my daughter began eating, did not initially say anything & proceeded to consume her food, swallowing each mouthful with a drink, after she ate just over half of the burger, she said 'mummy the burger tastes weird, on checking, the chunky part of her burger was raw, barely cooked, l took this to the counter and spoke to the team leader ASHLEE. Ashlee advised as over half of the burger was eaten, she was unable to refund nor replace. I explained to Ashlee my 10 year old would not just say something and explained l had also witnessed the meat. Ashlee said there was nothing she can do. I requested Ashlee for the telephone number fir the head office, Ashlee declined to share this. I then requested the cimplaints procedure, again Ashlee, declined to share this and advised to do this via the KFC APP. This is merely a very concerning matter, the customer service was very poor and l am concerned my daughter is at a potential risk of foid poisoning. These people are putting everyone at risk. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNINH BACK TO THE FROGMORE (HIGH...
