Well I can safely add owner Joe's name. I'm sorry, I wasn't aware that he too helped violently drag me a beautiful 57 year old black lovely female singer out of Butlers Pub.Thank you for updating me! THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE OF ANY ASSAULT FROM MY End. Cctv did not show me biting the Karaoke DJ PEZ or Anyone eles!! The only thing I waved in front of PERRY THE DJ'S FACE was my HAND to say "Thanks for making me sound good on stage!💃🏾🎤👌🏽👍🏼 why you karaoke DJ PEZ decided to run (like the 6 million dollar woman)🏃‍♀️ from your post, where you were doing such a good Job to come and attack me along with The 'Big I am' 💪🏾Manager Gavin James Crisell, (NOT🌶️)!!! Only you Perry knows the answer to that question!! To defend that buddy of yours Gavin Crisell, the worst manager in living memory I think!! Me a beautiful black woman sitting, feeling stalked and intimidated, sitting with her friend trying to enjoy Platinum Jubilee karaoke night out! I went into Butlers in High wycombe hoping for a lovely Platinum Jubilee karaoke night out! My friend spent £30 there I spent £20 in your Butlers pub!!! I sung well I hope, your customers seemed to enjoy me but because I am a 57 year old black woman I was violently assaulted and violently manhandled out by the manager Gavin and the Karaoke Dj PEZ, simply for asking a man I didn't know to stop following, harassing me and to stop hovering around my friend's bumbag. By the way my experience of BUTLERS pub in High wycombe's female toilet had only one un-hygienic toilet!! In it was no mirror. The plastic pint of water I was given leaked all over my friend's bumbag!! This everyone, is what Butlers pub in High wycombe on that particular Platinum Jubilee Karaoke Evening was about, abusing this lovely black female singer and their manager's attitude towards beautiful black women in general. FINAL UPDATE: Service has been a bit slack lately, 30 minutes late here and there but today, shocking... more than 1 hour late and I'm told it could be another 45 minutes. No communication to us, just a constantly busy phone line. Real shame because I do like the food but honestly just not worth it. Cancelled my order and went elsewhere. ... UPDATE: Well, it might sound boring but not much else to say. 2nd order almost a month later and as a young person may say, OMG... The food was epic. The quality of their burgers are incredible. Once again, I reccomend!! .... Could only order due to Covid restrictions. Me and my wife ordered burgers and chips for delivery. Very reasonably priced and as for the food... outstanding! Ordered through just eat and delivered in about 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for better really. Will definitely be ordering...

Constructive review:

I had an order last night that took a very long time to get here. An hour 45. But the food itself was pretty decent overall.

Burger: The butlers double stack burger was amazing! Maybe 1 too many onion rings but besides that nothing to denote it about. Even the box it was in is great.

Hot and spicy chicken nuggets: they just Werent spicy. Tasty but not spicy like i was expecting.

Caramel and chocolate churros: werent bad. Nothing really to ride home about but they were alright.

The oreo milkshake: most of the chocolate was at the bottom of the cup for some reason and im not sure if its meant to be there but there was just a whole oreo at the bottom of the cup as well, which made me think they havent blended it properly. It still tasted like oreo until i hit the bottom though so it...
